Pink Door Decor Pillow Video...The Perfect Shape
Hi blog followers. In our last post, we shared with you that we were going on a shopping trip, looking for top quality, high style pieces for our boutique. We added a few new items for every collection. One of my favorite collections from Pink Door Decor is the pillows. All of the pillows come in sets of two, which lends itself to a very nice price point per pillow. We are aware that sometimes it is difficult to see quality from a picture, so we shot this You Tube video of Teri demonstrating the quality of a pillow from Pink Door Decor.

Market Madness
Hello Friends,
During the past two days The Girls Behind the Pink Door have been busy searching the markets for the latest, chicest, most amazing new home accessories. We are proud to say we've put together quite the collection of pieces for our site and our customers. Over 100 new products will be added next week for you to immerse yourself into. Don't be shy, speak your mind and let us know what you think. As I mentioned on our Facebook page, we take requests.
I recently met a women at a luncheon and she asked me to keep an eye out for a bench to place at end of her king size bed. Needless to say went a little overboard and did just that. Pink Door Decor has hand selected a incredible assortment of new benches, everything from wooden seats with polished steal legs to tufted upholstery with with glazed Victorian legs. All available in a variety of colors and finishes.

MIRROR, MIRROR ON THE WALL by PINK DOOR DECOR
Mirrors are great for decorating walls. They are both fashionable and functional. In order to capture the best use of your mirror, make sure you have the right type of mirror for the space.
One faux pas of many homeowners, who use mirrors in their decor, is hanging a functional mirror over the fireplace, when a fashionable mirror is needed. If you are going to use a functional mirror over a fireplace mantle, check to make sure it reflects something pretty, such as a chandelier. You do not want to look in the mirror and see the pickets of your staircase. The Aria and Raindrops mirrors found on http://www.pinkdoordecor.com/ are eye catching fashionable mirrors. PILLOW PAIRING...SIZE DOES MATTER by PINK DOOR DECOR
I am going to peek my head from behind the door just a moment and introduce myself.
I am Terrell Dinkins, one of the owners of Pink Door Decor and I am a Residential Designer. I am excited because I just received my new throw pillows from Pink Door Decor. The pillows look great on my 13 year old reupholstered sofa. Changing out your throw pillows give an old sofa a face lift. The size, pairing and inserts of your pillows do matter if you want to create a savvy look for your sofa. As a designer, I love mixing patterns and fabrics. If you use solids, throw in a few prints. I also think it is important that the pillows are of different sizes. In my illustrations below, I have paired 22x22 inch pillows with 18x18 inch pillows. I have even thrown in a 14x26 inch pillow in the ikat design.
All of Pink Door Decor inserts are feather/down filled and removable. With feather/down pillows, you never have to worry about your pillow losing its shape. Foam inserts are less expensive, but overtime, the pillow becomes flat and you can not fluff it out. Finally, when I dress the sofa with the pillows, I love leaving a chop on the front pillow for pizzazz.
I would love to get your feedback on this blog subject.
